has new devices and accessories. With Surface Go 2, Surface Book 3 and Surface Headphones 2, successors to existing models have been announced.
The Surface Go 2 will be available from May 12, while sales in the UK will start on Surface Book 3 and Surface Headphones 2 on June 5. All new products can be pre-ordered soon from the Microsoft Store or from a Surface reseller.

The new Surface devices come in different configurations. Private customers receive the devices withHome, to corporate customers, they are shipped with Windows 10 Pro. In addition, companies benefit from service offerings such as easy device replacement and advanced security features.
Surface Go 2: Compact 2in1-all-rounder
The latest generation of Surface Go comes with a larger PixelSense touch display with 10.5 inches, optionally8th generation Core M processors or Pentium Gold processors and improved battery life of up to 10 hours while maintaining the design of its predecessor.
The redesigned dual-remote studio microphones and a 5-megapixel front camera provide high-resolution image and sound quality for video conferencing. For users who want to access data or stay connected on the go, Surface Go 2 is offered as an LTE Advanced variant and can be combined with a Type Cover in the colors platinum, black, poppy red or ice blue. The device starts on the German market from a price of 459 euros. With LTE-Advanced, the model is available from 829 euros.
Surface Book 3: Powerful and versatile laptop with 13.5- or 15-inch display
Equipped with the latest Intel Core processors of the 10th generation, Surface Book 3 offers up to 50 percent more performance than the previous model, according to Microsoft, and is suitable for professional software such as Solidworks, Autodesk, Visual Studio or the programs of theCreative Cloud.
Microsoft’s most computationally powerful laptop to date comes with up to 17.5 hours of battery life and a PixelSense touch display in 13.5 or 15 inches. Like its predecessors, Surface Book 3’s separable screen allows for a wide range of applications: for example, classic as a laptop or as a tablet without a keyboard.
For high graphics performance, the device is available with either Nvidia GeForce or Nvidia Quadro GPU. In addition, it has up to 32 GB of memory. For private users, Surface Book 3 with a 13.5-inch display will be available in Germany from a price of 1799 euros, in the 15-inch version from 2599 euros. Corporate customers will receive the 13.5-inch device from 1899 euros and the 15-inch device from 2699 euros.
Surface Headphones 2: Improved over-ear headphones with Noise Cancelling
The Surface Headphones 2 have improved sound quality and up to 20 hours of battery life, according to the manufacturer. The newly designed earcups, which can be rotated 180 degrees when the headphones are temporarily removed and worn around the neck, are designed to provide greater comfort. In addition to light grey, the Surface Heaphones 2 are now also available in matt black and are available for 279.99 euros.
Surface Earbuds: In-ear headphones for productive use
The Surface Earbuds can be operated with gestures via innovative touch sensors. In this way, users can make calls intuitively accept or jump to the next music track without taking the smartphone out of your pocket or going to the computer.
With Microsoft 365 support, you can read e-mail or dictate text in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. For this purpose, the Earbuds have two microphones per headphone. Microsoft sets the runtime at up to eight hours per charge and up to 24 hours of battery life when recharged multiple times in the wireless charging case. The Surface Earbuds will be available on the German market from 12 May for just under 220 euros.
Surface Dock 2: Expands the possibilities for productive use
The new dock enables faster charging, higher data transfer rates compared to its predecessor, and provides management capabilities for corporate IT.
Two USB-Type-C ports allow you to connect up to two 4K monitors at 60 Hertz. Accessories and additional storage media can be connected via a further two USB-Type-C and two USB-Type-A ports. The Surface Dock 2 will be available from May 26, 2020 at a price of around 300 euros.
USB-C Travel Hub: Multiple adapters on the go
With the USB-C Travel Hub, Microsoft is aimed at mobile users. In total, it offers five connectivity options: USB-C, USB-A, VGA, Ethernet and HDMI. The Travel Hub is connected to the desired device via USB-C cable and will be launched on the German market on 26 May 2020 at a price of around 110 euros.
